• Q. Is the word "Trinity" found in the Bible?
• A. No. Neither are the words "triune or "three in one".

• Q. Is God 3 persons?
• A. No. The Bible teaches that God is one (Deut 6:4).

• Q. Is Jesus Christ God? Can God die on the cross?
• A. Jesus Christ is the Son of God. God cannot die and God did not die on the cross. The man, Christ Jesus, died on the cross.

• Q.Should New Testament Christians tithe?
• A. No. Tithing was an Old Testament ordinance and was used primarily to support the Levites and priests. The priesthood was done away with when Jesus became the final sacrifice for sin.

• Q.How should Christians give?
• A. Christians should first take care of their own family. Then they should use their time, money and talents to meet the needs of people.

• Q.Did Christians in the first century meet in church buildings like many believers do today?
• A. No. They met in homes, not church buildings. The New Testament says that God does not dwell in buildings built by men's hands.

• Q.Should Christians expect to be rich and prosperous?
• A. No. God says that Christians should be content with what they have. The love of money is the root of all sorts of evil.

• Q.Who is the anti-christ?
• A. No one knows. The Bible says there are many "anti-christs" and an "anti-christ" who is yet to come.

• Q.Should Christians have sex outside of marriage?
• A. No. The Bible forbids fornication, adultery and homosexuality.

• Q.Are Catholics Christians?
• A. A person in the Catholic Church may become a Christian if he/she repents and accepts Jesus Christ as Lord, Savior and Mediator between God and man. The doctrines of the Catholic Church do not, of themselves, promote true salvation.

• Q.Can Mormons and Jehovah's Witnesses be called Christians?
• A. It is possible for individual Mormons or Jehovah's Witnesses to become a Christian if they repent, deny their "works" as a means of salvation and accept Jesus as Lord, Savior and Mediator between God and man. The teachings of the Mormon Church and Jehovah's Witnesses deviate from the teachings of Scripture.

• Q.What is the most common cause of Christians backsliding?
• A. The worries of life, the desire for riches and things like these.

• Q.What are the most common temptations for Christians?
• A. The lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the boastful pride of life.

• Q.Do I have to attend services in a church building to be a Christian?
• A. No. Going to church services is not a scriptural requirement to be a Christian. Church services often do not offer a believer the type of fellowship (koinonia) spoken of in the Scriptures.
